SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are manufactured within 5-7 business days and delivered within 20 days from date of order. As we deal with multiple manufacturing partners around the world the final arrival time depends on the product ordered, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. In some cases orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered. During peak periods manufacturing may exceed normal turnaround times. Customers seeking up to date order status should contact support@lowiyo.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Can I change my shipping address?

If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company we may be able to change the destination address. Customers seeking to alter the shipping destination of their order should contact support@lowiyo.com.

Do you have a spreadsheet of all of your shipping prices?

Yes, we do! Please take a look at this Google Spreadsheet to view our flat rate prices for every product.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won’t fit in there.

Shipping prices are cumulative. When you’re calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all of the products you’re sending.

For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $0.75 for shipping. If you add a tote to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $0.75. However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you’ll have to add the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $6.95.

My order has been sent, why don’t I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system.

Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

How can i pay for my order?

Current payment methods for US orders are PayPal.

Why the currency is different on the checkout page?

The currency of the checkout page is only displayed in USD.

What currency is displayed on the website?

The currency will be displayed in your local currency depending of your ip address location.

Note: at checkout the currency is ONLY displayed in USD.

How do i order?

Browse through the products that you love, then click “Add to cart” and “Check out”. Enter your shipping and billing details and wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep. It is that easy 🙂

Whay is your refund policy?

Lowiyo has a 30 day refund policy for all orders placed through Buggshop.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us at support@lowiyo.com for instructions about your case. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.

OH NO! I need to modify my order!

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email support@lowiyo.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

What if i received a damaged product?

We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged in the transit.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to support@lowiyo.com, let us know your problem and please don’t forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
