How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are manufactured within 5-7 business days and delivered within 20 days from date of order.  As we deal with multiple manufacturing partners around the world the final arrival time depends on the product ordered, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method.

In some cases orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered.  During peak periods manufacturing may exceed normal turnaround times. Customers seeking up to date order status should contact support@lowiyo.com.

How can I track my purchases?

Once orders are fulfilled they are sent to the designated delivery service at which time an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the same email used to place the order. Customers seeking up to date order status should contact support@lowiyo.com.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory goods. Unwanted items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered. We do not offer returns or exchanges for damaged, worn or washed articles. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards and other digital goods are also non-refundable.
